holoLAWn creates its own NFTs, which it calls HLWs, and offers them for sale on a reputable NFT marketplace. Each HLW has an artistic value in itself. So, like any other NFT, you may like it more or less, and therefore you may decide to buy it. In this sense a HLW is, like any other NFT, a small collectible piece of art that you can keep or resell. OK. But it happens that HLWs are also a bit special. Why? Because they can also have an associated utility: it is lawtility. So, whoever acquires HLWs under certain pre-established circumstances (in each collection or series) may be entitled to receive specialised technolegal advice from holoLAWn. That is the lawtility. But this is complementary. So, in short: if you like a HLW you buy it, full stop; if by buying it you meet the circumstances that entitle you to lawtility, then that’s something else you get!

Así que, como cualquier otro NFT, te puede gustar más o menos y, por ello, te puedes decidir a comprarlo. En este sentido un HLW es, como cualquier otro NFT, una pequeña obra de arte coleccionable que puedes conservar o revender. Vale. A HLW is a NFT created by holoLAWn that has (i) an artistic value in itself or value qua artwork and (ii), in addition, an eventual associated value of a performance nature or value qua lawtility:

HLWs are presented in collections, series and tokens. Collections have series, and series have tokens. Series can be opened or limited depending on whether or not the initial number of tokens can be expanded. Each token is unique and unrepeatable since its mintage.
Un HLW es un NFT creado por holoLAWn que tiene (i) un valor artístico en sí mismo o valor qua obra de arte y (ii), además, un eventual valor asociado de índole prestacional o valor qua lawtility:

So, whoever has HLWs, not only has small works of art: they can also have that right.
La lawtility es el derecho que el titular de uno o varios HLW puede tener, de manera ordinaria o extraordinaria, como arrendador en un arrendamiento de servicios de consultoría tecnolegal especializada prestados por holoLAWn. Por tanto, ese arrendamiento de servicios nace y está asociado, bajo ciertas circunstancias, con el dominio sobre uno o más HLW qua obra de arte. Así, que quien tiene HLWs, no solo tiene pequeñas obras de arte: también puede tener ese derecho.
